Jenni Gratien has been a part of the Central New York area for 40 years. She is the current
Executive Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Syracuse. The three clubs in Syracuse provide after school programs in a safe and positive environment for youth ages five to graduation, with a focus on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character & leadership development.
Previously, she served as the Executive Director for almost 12 years at Chadwick Residence, Inc, which provides supportive housing for homeless women and their families in Syracuse. Jenni has a very diverse educational and professional background. Prior to working for Chadwick Residence, Jenni worked as a Social Studies Teacher for Madison Oneida BOCES and a Case Manager for Onondaga County. She has over 16 years experience working with at risk adults and children.
As a volunteer, Jenni serves on the board of HEAL of Onondaga which provides support to people who struggle with addiction and mental health issues. She holds a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Justice, both from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Jenni is married with five children and five grandchildren. She is passionate about helping others, enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family!
